itfalls and costly mistakes during the project and will outline key steps that ensure a smooth and successful implementation
 of your critical business systems.
Bryan Blackburn
A partner at Phoenix Group LLC, Brian combines a background as a former banker and technology business owner to empathize with client challenges. Currently spearheading internal technology support and client services, he draws on over a decade of management consulting experience, specializing in technology engagements across diverse sectors such as healthcare, financial institutions, and manufacturing. Blackburn's ability to bridge technological solutions with client needs has positioned him as a pivotal force in driving the success and efficiency of Phoenix Group's operations.

Session 2: AI and the Evolution of Work: Opportunities for Today's Business Leaders
Join us for a strategic overview of AI's current capabilities and its trajectory, setting the context for its practical application in business today and potential innovations for the future. This talk will touch on how HR departments can leverage AI for enhanced workforce management, providing a glimpse into the transformative role of AI in nurturing talent and shaping the employee experience of tomorrow.

 Brian Danos 
 Brian Danos, co-founder and COO of Plan Notice, is harnessing A.I. to revolutionize retirement plan  communications, creating compliant and engaging notices. His background in user interface design, product design, and operational systems equips him with unique insights to navigate the complex challenges of creating digital companies.
Before Plan Notice, he was a partner and COO of a nationally recognized tax sale business, where he played a crucial role in transforming the small startup into a major industry player.
As a consultant, Brian has led software development across diverse industries, from the U.S. Navy to Blockchain businesses. He frequently shares his insights on product development and new technologies with various schools and organizations.
An MBA graduate from Loyola University, Brian serves as a board member for Loyola University’s Center for Entrepreneurship and as an advisor to several local startups, demonstrating his dedication to nurturing future innovation.
Session 3: Economic Midpoint: Five Trends to Watch
Now that we are well into 2024 what do we know and what should we be looking towards. There will be new developments every week but we know to pay attention to interest rate policy, worker shortage, supply chain issues, the election politics and trade disputes. 
 Dr. Chris Kuehl is a Managing Director of Armada Corporate Intelligence. He provides forecasts and strategic
 guidance for a wide variety of corporate clients around the world. He is the chief economist for several national and
organizations. Prior to starting Armada in 1999 he was a professor of economics and finance for 15 years – teaching in the US, Hungary, Russia, Estonia, Singapore and Taiwan. He holds advanced degrees in economics, Soviet studies and East Asian studies.
Chris is the writer/editor of Business Intelligence Briefs and a writer for the Black Owl Report – both publications from Armada. He is an economic analyst for the Armada Strategic Intelligence System and is responsible for the Credit Manager’s Index from NACM as well Fabrinomics from the FMA.
