Session 2: Legacy and Mentorship, The Building Blocks of Successful Hybrid Leadership
Hybrid work is here to stay, and with the right tools, hybrid leaders at the highest levels can achieve massive growth on every level of business and relationship. However, it comes down to how you lead your organization and, specifically, your people. As we unpack the difficult topic of hybrid leadership, we will focus on two building blocks - legacy building and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Legacy Building: We will talk about how important it is to build up a culture of trust, innovation, and growth that will carry on long after your name is taken off the door. You have two options here... 1) You can build up a culture of success in the short term... or 2) You can build a lasting legacy, which includes culture, that will carry on for generations to come.
Mentorship: Here we will talk through unlocking the potential in your people through engaging mentorship and transformational leadership. None of us will be here forever, but I having the ability to influence the next top levels of leadership will ensure that your company is in capable hands.
And yes! This can all be done in a hybrid work world. You just have to come at it with a different mindset. Let's learn how...
