   Here are the instructions for following a particular topic and uploading files to a post.

Subscribe to a Group:

Click on “Member Control Panel” then “Subscriptions.” Select a networking group name from the drop-down list at the bottom of the screen next to “Select Forum to Subscribe to” and then click the Subscribe button.

Follow a Particular Topic:

Click on an existing post, click on "Topic Options" in the upper right corner, and then choose "Watch This Topic." A popup message will appear saying that you'll now receive email notifications when someone replies to that post.

Upload a File:

Type some text into the message box like, "Click here to view call notes." Then highlight the word here and click the link icon in the editor. Click on the "Upload" tab, click on the "Choose File" button, locate the document from your files, click the "Send it to the Server" button, and then click the "OK" button.
