Registration is now open for the 2026 EAA Fall CEO & Staff Conference!

This year's virtual format creates a unique opportunity to bring more of your team into the EAA conference experience. There is no cost to attend, and without registration fees or travel expenses, we hope associations will invite staff members who may not typically have the opportunity to participate in an EAA conference.

WorkSpring is putting together an engaging afternoon of learning, conversation, and connection, with programming designed for both CEOs and staff.

What to Expect
Leadership & Organizational Health
Dr. Michael Brown opens the day with a session on healthy leadership, then leads deeper working sessions with both CEOs and staff throughout the afternoon. Third Space Coaching closes things out with a session on building a healthy organization, tying the day's individual leadership work back to the organization as a whole.

CEO Track
CEOs will move through two dedicated sessions of their own, starting with a candid look at the realities of the role regardless of tenure, followed by a deeper leadership working session.

Staff Track
Staff will have their own parallel track, including a leadership working session and a session on becoming a trusted advisor beyond the job description.

Rather than limiting participation because of registration costs, travel budgets, or time away from the office, we encourage you to use this opportunity to include colleagues across your organization. There is no limit on the number of attendees each association can bring.
