The facilitator is Kevin von der Lippe, Reference Checking Manager at Capital Associated Industries, Inc. and the topic will be a continuation of our discussion of member versus non-member prices.

If you would please e-mail Kevin at kevin.vonderlippe@capital.org the pricing formula that shows how you distinguish between member and non-member prices for background checks, he would greatly appreciate it. He will then assemble an anonymous chart that shows what percentage increase, if any, we up-charge non-members and send it out to the participants.

The group will also talk about the new EEOC Background Checking Guidance -- released on April 25th.
